Ingredients:
-1 package (400g) protein pasta if your choice
-2 cans of WildPlanet wild tuna
-half of a red onion, small diced
-half of a medium apple, small diced
-1/4 cup of yellow corn
-1/4 cup peas
-one medium celery rib, small diced
-one small jalapeño, small diced
-2 dill pickle slices, small diced
-3 tbs mayonnaise
-1 tbs dijon mustard
-1 tbs apple cider vinegar
-juice of half a lemon
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions:
-cook pasta to al dente according to package instructions; strain and set aside
-add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix together until well-incorporated
-divide into meal containers and store in the fridge for up to 5 days
