Ingredients:
- 1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna
- 1-½ tbsp Primal Kitchen Chipotle Lime Mayo (+ more to drizzle)
- 2 tbsp (1 oz) Cream Cheese
- ½ tbsp Sriracha (+ more to drizzle)
- 1 cup White Rice, cooked
- Eel Sauce
- Furikake
- 1 Green Onion, sliced
- Nori and cucumber for serving, if desired

Directions:

1. Combine tuna, chipotle mayo, cream cheese and sriracha. Mix well.
2. To a small baking dish, add rice and the tuna mixture.
3. Drizzle chipotle mayo, sriracha and eel sauce, then top with furikake.
4. Bake/air fry at 400°F for 5 mins.
5. Top with green onions & enjoy!
